After school Program 2022-2023
Our after school program runs in four-week sessions from 5pm to 7:30pm Monday through Thursday and it includes the following;
- Thirty minutes of fitness each day, instructed by Raynald Ray
- Two hours of tennis training that includes the physical, technical, tactical and mental aspects of tennis.
- The players will learn what is needed on foot work, racket body work, stroke techniques as forehand, backhand, serve and grip to improve their game.
The program runs from August 15th, 2022 to June 9th 2023.
It includes the following:
- Morning and afternoon tennis sessions Monday through Friday and a morning session on Saturday or Sundays. Total of 22-24 hours of tennis per week.
- Minimum of 5 additional hours of private fitness instructed by Raynald Ray per week.
- Two hours of speed and power on court with FIT Coach(s) and Raynald Ray.
- Tennis education including nutritional and sports mental/emotional aspects of the game.
Options available with additional cost:
- FIT Coach traveling to National and International tournaments.
- Regeneration massage services.
